Maintaining proper air pressure was a safety hazard for company workers. Tires would frequently puncture or deflate resulting in premature tire failure, downtime and high tire service costs. Stacking logs at high heights up to 10’ (3 m) with air tires, the forklifts experienced more sway and a lack of stability – a concern for the operators.

Trojan Soft Core has eliminated costly flat tire downtime and increased their productivity. Tire life has significantly increased compared to pneumatic inflation. Operator safety has been elevated because there is no need for risky air pressure checks. The operators very much like the improved machine stability which reduces machine sway on high reach lifts.
