Many benefits Soft Core has to other fill products, is that it is premanufactured outside of the tire for fast service. Soft Core is strong and made of real cellular rubber (unlike other tire fills). The Trojan Air-Cell’s flex with a tires load to absorb shock, providing an air-like ride for both machinery and operator.

Trojan Soft Core cellular rubber flexes with the tire casing for a full, event footprint to give you best traction, less spin and more tire hours (up to 25% more tire life). In contrary, polyurethane is solid and rigid and creates a crowned footprint causing less traction, more spin and less hours.

Trojan Soft Core has many safety and environmental benefits too such as; no air=no explosive force, safe to handle and dispose, 100% reusable, recyclable and landfill safe. This is the key for sustainable mining. Other tire fills are toxic to handle and toxic for the environment.
