First up, we will be visiting a pipe / tube manufacturer and then to see our main dealer in Arkansas and our Steel Mill customers. Later on this week we will be in Southern Indiana / Illinois with two of our dealers visiting underground coal mines.

While these are two different types of business, they share similar industrial tire problems such as premature failure due to flat tires or safety issues of explosive force when using air. Polyurethane / foam fill is subject to heat buildup and can easily breakdown or crumble under load. It’s also hard riding, thus increasing the risk of health issues and maintenance costs when using this type of Flat Proofing or Solid Tires.

While we are in process of converting their entire fleet to our tire filling system, Trojan Soft Core, they can see what a difference Trojan Air-Cell rubber technology can do for them. Since Trojan Soft Core is made from real cellular rubber it is much stronger than liquid ‘foam fill’. Our rubber tire fill technology is highly resistant to breakdown at potential tire casing cut areas and will not easily breakdown under higher loads and speeds. Cellular rubber flex means tire acts closest to air for better traction and even long wear. Air-Cell rubber means a soft ride compared to traditional solid tires.
